An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading international organisation operating across construction, engineering and infrastructure. This strategic role will partner with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business objectives, organisational growth and employee engagement.
Working closely with the Head of HR and wider leadership teams, you will provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, employee relations and change management across a multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on change management and organisational transformation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through effective people solutions.
Employee Relations & Performance
- Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations and disciplinary matters.
- Coach and support managers on performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Promote a culture of accountability, fairness and continuous improvement.
Talent & Engagement
- Support talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
HR Analytics & Improvement
- Analyse HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key people metrics and recommend actions for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, processes and best practice.
About You
You will be a commercially focused HR professional with strong influencing skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
- Previous experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level.
- Strong employee relations and change management expertise.
- Experience supporting multiple sites and senior leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
