Description
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and assisting with interviews.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Oversee absence management, including return-to-work interviews and monitoring absence trends.
- Assist with training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong experience as a HR advisor or higher
- Experience in handling employee relations and recruitment processes - this is a ER role
- Good understanding of employment law and its practical application.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
