Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.
We are currently recruiting for a new role as a Learning & Talent Development Executive on behalf of our impact-led financial services client. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you'll be joining at a time of ongoing organisational change, building on the work of the current team and focused on:
- Strategic learning and talent programmes
- Capability building and learning solutions
- Performance Evaluation and Development programme (PEDP)
- Measurement, insight and continuous improvement
- Supplier and stakeholder management
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the team and it is essential that you have a strong background in performance, learning, talent development or organisational development, ideally within a financial services or professional environment. In particular, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong programme management capability.
- Experience designing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives working with strategic suppliers.
- Experience of designing, executing and evaluating talent management and development programmes
- Experience of operationalising complex performance management programmes
- Intellectual curiosity and excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The ability to "flex" between competing priorities
