Hays HR is recruiting for an experienced Interim Talent / Recruitment Partner to join a busy organisation and provide immediate support with a high volume of permanent recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a backlog of permanent vacancies.
- Partnering with hiring managers to agree recruitment priorities.
- Direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and referrals.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
- Providing regular pipeline updates and recruitment reporting.
What you'll need:
- Proven in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner or Resourcing experience.
- Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results quickly.
