The Reward & Benefits Team is looking for a highly organised Planning & Analysis Assistant to support the accurate and timely administration of our headcount and personnel cost planning systems.

- Completing recurring tasks within monthly and quarterly planning deadlines
- Have experience in administration, data entry, payroll, finance, recruitment or HR support

- Have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Are confident working with financial information
You could be a great fit if you
- Can maintain accuracy when processing large volumes of repetitive and detailed tasks
- Can follow established procedures and meet fixed deadlines
- Are willing to question and investigate when information does not look correct
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment
Experience using SAP, Oracle or another HR system would be helpful, although full experience in workforce planning is not required.
