The Job You’ll be Doing;
- You’ll work as part of a wider HR team and HRD department to integrate business goals with our people strategy
- Playing a part in creating high-performing teams, reducing attrition, and attracting top talent.
- Provide invaluable support to your stakeholders through your involvement with skills and talent mapping.
- Effective people management.
- Supporting and enabling change.
- Using data and insights to find evidence based solutions to problems and to make continuous improvements.
About You;
- Qualified CIPD member
- You’ll demonstrate sound and in-depth knowledge of the company’s people policies, processes, and guidance documents across the HRD spectrum
- You’ll be a people-person and a confident communicator.
- You will think broadly and recognise the bigger picture, not acting in isolation or in silo.
- A strong and credible foundation of core knowledge in people practice, including policy, regulation and law, workforce planning, change, performance management, employer brand, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
