Interim HR Manager - Operational FocusWe're working exclusively with our client to bring in an Interim HR Manager who can hit the ground running and deliver operational HR support from Day 1. If you enjoy being the steady hand in a busy environment, working alongside leadership, and delivering practical results, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to the business, providing hands-on, operational support across the full employee lifecycle
- Stepping into a busy environment and ensuring consistency, clarity and calm during a period of change
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide grounded, solution-focused HR guidance
- Supporting managers and employees directly with pragmatic, day-to-day advice and delivery
- Taking responsibility for some focused project work, adding value beyond the operational duties
Role Details:
- Duration: Circa 3 months
- Start date: Late November / Early December
- Hourly Rate: £25.57 - £30.68
- Location: St Neots (parking available)
- Working pattern: Hybrid, though the first few weeks will be fully on-site to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding
