Job description - HR Project CoordinatorAs an HR Analyst, you'll be instrumental in streamlining HR processes, delivering insightful data analysis and supporting key initiatives that shape people strategy. Key responsibilities - HR Project CoordinatorIn this HR Project Coordinator role, you will:
- Lead and support HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Analyse HR data including diversity metrics, gender pay gap, compensation and benefits trends.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and board-level meetings.
- Assist with HR administration, including documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to design and implement HR initiatives.
- Support both strategic and day-to-day HR activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and reporting tools.
Job requirements - HR Project Coordinator - A 2:1 at degree-level education or equivalent experience in HR.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Be based near Huntingdon and hold a full driving licence with access to a car.
