Our client is a leader in their field, continuing to grow at pace through innovation and a people-first mindset. They are now looking for an experienced HR professional to join them on a 12-month contract. The role would suite either a HR BP or a experienced HR generalist with strong experience within ER.
If you thrive in Employee Relations and enjoy being the trusted advisor managers rely on, this role will be right up your street. You’ll take the lead on a wide range of ER cases, support leaders through complex situations, and help drive a fair and consistent approach across the business. Alongside the ER workload, you’ll also support broader HR generalist activity, partner closely with the Talent team, and collaborate with the global business on a mix of people projects.
What you’ll be doing
Leading on a broad range of ER cases, including investigations, performance, capability and conduct
Providing practical, expert advice on all ER matters and employment law
Working closely with managers and senior leaders, coaching and guiding them using your HR expertise
Supporting performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and fairly across the organisation
Partnering with global HR colleagues on wider people initiatives and strategic projects

Confident understanding and application of employment law
