My client is looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract to provide interim support. You’ll work across a diverse academic and operational workforce, managing complex ER cases and supporting key HR projects.
Hybrid – Cambridge (2 days on site, 3 days Working From Home)Key Responsibilities: - Deliver generalist HR support across multiple departments.
- Handle complex employee relations and advise on employment law.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives.
- Support HR projects and policy updates.
- Maintain strong written communication and attention to detail.
About You: - Proven HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent).
