Looking to work in a vibrant environment with a lovely HR team? Our client is a north east company with a portfolio of businesses and growing! Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Officer will provide solid HR guidance and support covering the following areas:
- Support managers with disciplinary and grievance cases
- Coach managers on HR Policy & Procedures
- Supporting recruitment and selection
- Advise on absence management
- Advise on performance management
- As part of the team, update HR Policies and Procedures
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience of ER casework
- Ideally completed or studying towards CIPD
- Excellent Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced business
- A sense of humour and teamwork!
