Join this amazing organisation as their new Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support to employees and the Executive Committee. This position involves managing a small team and overseeing the HR lifecycle and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects for a staff perimeter of 90 members.
Job Purpose:
- Manage HR Administration: Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS data management, and reporting. Ensure compliance with UK Data Protection requirements and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support Managers: Provide day-to-day HR support to managers on issues including labor law, training, recruitment, and performance management.
- Develop Employee Skills and Career Path Management: Monitor and support employee development, manage external recruitment, and promote internal mobility.
- Drive HR Development Process & Local HR Policies: Lead annual performance reviews, facilitate salary review meetings, and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
- Promote Quality of Work Life Conditions & Supervise HSE: Maintain a positive social climate and oversee the management of Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
- Proven HR experience, with management experience being desirable.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
- Highly organised and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience with UK payroll systems, preferably ADP.
- In-depth understanding of UK Employment Legislation.
- Experience in handling Employee Relations issues.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ideally SAP Success Factors system.
