This newly-created Total Reward Manager position sits within a high-performing People function and reports into the Head of Employee Engagement. It offers the chance to shape and deliver a modern, comprehensive reward strategy that attracts, motivates and retains talent across the UK, with a small international remit too. You’ll act as the organisation’s subject matter expert across all things reward, owning the annual reward cycle, developing forward-thinking reward frameworks, and advising senior leadership (including the CPO and CEO) on future strategy, regulatory change and market trends.

What You’ll Be Working On:
• Lead the UK and international pay and bonus cycles
• Provide insights to senior leaders on reward policy and external market trends
• Complete pay modelling and bonus calculations with accuracy and pace
• Shape and maintain pay, recognition, benefits and bonus policies
• Ensure compliance with evolving reward regulations
• Own and review contractual terms for colleagues
• Advise on retention cases and pay-related queries
• Manage recognition budgets and develop engaging recognition initiatives
• Lead gender pay reporting
• Conduct regular equality audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Use the Willis Towers Watson methodology to evaluate roles
• Maintain benchmark data and support salary survey submissions
• Provide market insights to support organisation design and change programmes
• Oversee the delivery of a competitive, compliant benefits offering
• Manage third-party providers and governance requirements
• Partner with payroll/operations to ensure smooth payrolling-of-benefits processes
• Work closely with the CPO on LTIP design, implementation and governance
• Ensure long-term reward plans drive engagement, compliance and performance
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience with WTW Global Grading methodology
• Strong reward and benefits supplier management
• Proven project management experience on pay-related initiatives
• Expertise in UK pay regulations, pay modelling and budget management
• A blend of analytical capability and credible business partnering
You can expect a salary c£80,000pa.
