PageGroup are delighted to support a manufacturing business based in Grantham with the appointment of a Temporary HR Advisor to join a busy generalist role.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully site based working.
The role is a temporary contract with possible scope for permanent in future.
Description
The role of HR Advisor will report to a HR Director and take full responsibility for the full, generalist people lifecycle at a busy manufacturing site.
This will include but not limited to:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
- Manage a wide range of employee relations casework
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Monitor absence records and provide support in absence management processes.
- Conduct HR-related reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience within a similar HR Advisor role
- Available at short notice for this temporary assignment
