Eaton Syalon are supporting a leading organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone already operating at HR Coordinator level or an experienced HR Assistant looking for their next step with more ownership and involvement in decision making.
It is essential that you have a CIPD Level 3 qualification to be considered for this role.
The role is in the perfect for location for candidates based in Grantham, Newark on Trent, Long Bennington and the surrounding areas.
The HR Coordinator will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional HR function, supporting both day to day operational requirements and longer-term people initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring accurate employee records, HR data and compliance are maintained
- Preparing contracts, offer paperwork and contractual change documentation
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the employee lifecycle
- Coordinating recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding processes
- Supporting people leaders with day-to-day ER matters including absence, investigations and formal meetings
- Contributing to induction, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting policy reviews, HR projects and continuous improvement activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within HR administration, HR support or HR coordination
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operational environment
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- CIPD Level 3
