HR Advisor

Join our client as an HR Advisor and play a vital role in supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. This position is ideal for those with a strong organisational mindset and HR system experience.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Lead meetings with site managers to promote collaboration.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations cases and maintain HR records.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification minimum; Level 5 preferred.
