You'll support a dedicated business area, working closely with leaders to deliver true business partnering across ER, change, people planning and the full colleague lifecycle.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative team of HRBPs who challenge, support and learn from each other every day.
What you'll be doing:* Providing confident, pragmatic advice across complex ER and performance matters* Leading on change activity and supporting transformational projects* Developing people plans and using data/insights to drive improvements* Coaching managers and building capability across your business area* Partnering closely with a strong team of HRBPs in a supportive, values-led environment
What you'll need:? Solid HRBP experience? Strong ER background & employment law knowledge? Ability to challenge, influence and push back when needed? Resilience, credibility & great relationship-building skills? A collaborative, team-focused approach
