I am seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, with a particular focus on casework provision and employment law. This role requires someone who is adept at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and is prepared to act as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR casework support, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Line Managers, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with Unions, ensuring smooth and effective communication and negotiation.
- Ideally possess an Enhanced Child/Adult Workforce DBS (issued within the last 12 months).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably Level 5 CIPD qualified.
- Proven experience in HR casework and a solid understanding of employment law.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience working with Unions is highly desirable.
- Prepared to be a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
