Who we're looking for
You'll succeed in this role if you:
- Are proactive, positive and always ready to help
- Love supporting others and building strong relationships
- Can balance project work with day-to-day coordination
- Bring CIPD Level 3 (or are working towards it) and at least a year's HR experience, or have a strong HR-related degree with internship experience
- Are comfortable managing a busy workload with accuracy and care
What you'll be doing
You'll play a vital part in keeping the People function running smoothly, with responsibility for:
Generalist HR Support
Acting as the first point of contact for daily People queries and providing consistent HR administration.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and helping deliver a five-star candidate experience.
Employee Relations Support
Supporting meetings, documentation and scheduling for ER processes including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
Engagement & Culture
Helping deliver engagement surveys and assisting teams in turning insights into action.
HR Projects & Initiatives
Getting involved in HR-wide projects, offering suggestions and helping to improve processes and systems.
Organisational Support
Assisting with structure reviews, job roles and wider organisational documentation.
Policy & Compliance
Supporting policy updates, compliance checks and ensuring consistency across the business.
Learning & Development
Coordinating training sessions, supporting apprenticeships and assisting the central L&D team.
HR Systems & Reporting
Maintaining accurate HR data and generating regular and ad-hoc reports.
