The Opportunity;We’re supporting a rapidly expanding UK property group in their search for an energetic and commercially minded
HR Business Partner, initially on a 12-month FTC basis. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with the energy and credibility to influence at all levels. You’ll have proven HR expertise across employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development, coupled with strong leadership skills to coach and develop team members. Excellent communication and influencing abilities are essential, enabling you to build trust and drive engagement throughout the organization. Above all, you’ll be committed to fostering inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance to create a positive and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities; - Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support
- Lead on TUPE activity and organisational change projects
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER matters
- Coach and develop junior HR team members
- Support workforce planning, learning & development, and engagement initiatives
- Drive a positive, high-performance culture across a broad UK business
Ideal candidate;You’ll be a credible HR professional who brings both strategic insight and hands-on capability. You’ll have:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Demonsrate strong experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Proven background in TUPE and change management
- Confident employment law knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and commercially savvy approach
- Experience in property, construction, or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
- The role is north west based but will require occasional travel to wider UK sites.
