I am on the lookout for a standalone HR Manager to join my clients business in Cheltenham! You will partner with senior leadership to drive performance, engagement, and wellbeing. This is a full-time, permanent role, part time will be considered and flexible/hybrid working available!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a HR service across the full employee lifecycle.
- Advise on strategic and operational HR matters, including change management and organisational development.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Drive initiatives for wellbeing, inclusion, and talent development.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 and proven HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Must be comfortable doing own HR administration
