HR Business PartnerHybrid – 2 days per week in the office
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone role. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from employee relations to policy development, supporting the business with clear, confident advice and delivering a high-quality HR service across the board.
What You’ll Do- Lead all day-to-day HR activity as the sole HR contact
- Manage policies, contracts, handbooks, and HR documentation
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across the business
- Deliver best-practice support on employee relations and employment law matters
- Provide clear, practical legal/HR advice to managers and employees
- Oversee employee engagement activity and drive continuous improvement
- Write, review, and update policies, procedures, and HR frameworks
- Support probation reviews, performance issues, and general HR operations
What You’ll Bring- Strong experience in ER and a solid understanding of employment law
- Confidence working independently with no internal knowledge-sharing partner
- The ability to give clear, accurate HR and legal guidance
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Experience writing policies and managing HR processes end-to-end
