Real Personnel are recruting for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to work on site for one of the midlands leading Recruitment Companies.
The salary for the role is between 28-32K and must be able to start quickly.
You will be based on site in a large warehouse managing a large contract which includes approx 100 temps at any one time.
The site is in the Coleshill area of Birmingham.
Your main duties will include

Manage large volume temps

Work and liaise with HR

Source quality candidates for immediate starts to include back filling no shows

Compete reports accurately

Sit on weekly KPI meetings and report figures
