Katie Bard looking for an experienced HR Team Leader to join our growing HR function. In this role, you will champion customer excellence, drive data accuracy, and ensure the smooth delivery of HR services across the business. You will bring solid experience working within an HR Service environment, strong systems and process knowledge, and the confidence to lead a small team of HR Support professionals (2–4 direct reports).
This varied and busy role will entail taking ownership of key HR operations, including:
Overseeing and monitoring the internal ticketing system, ensuring high-priority queries are resolved promptly
- Delegating tasks effectively and supporting the team with prioritisation
- Producing weekly performance and service reports for the business and HR leadership
- Line-managing 2–4 team members, with potential to grow the team as the function evolves
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of BAU HR tasks, including seamless onboarding
- Quality checking HR Administrator data entry and providing real-time developmental feedback
- Coaching, upskilling, and empowering team members to deliver a customer-centric HR service
- Managing escalations and handling complex queries
- Responding promptly and professionally to employee and manager requests
