Description
You will partner with HR and senior stakeholders to identify learning needs, design blended learning programmes, and deliver engaging content across digital and face-to-face platforms. The role also involves managing the Learning Management System, curating digital content, and embedding tools that support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Profile
The ideal candidate will an experienced L&D professional, ideally with financial services experience, with expertise in designing and delivering high-impact learning solutions. Tech-savvy and delivery-focused, you excel at stakeholder engagement, project management, and creating innovative content. CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), you bring resilience, adaptability, and a passion for developing organisational capability.
You will need to be available to start in January and work 3 days per week onsite.
Job Offer
- £65,000 to £75,000pa DOE. (pro-rated for initial 6 month contract)
