Our client is an established and successful manufacturing company based in Sunderland. They are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below. You will be working between sites in Washington and Sunderland.
The Job You’ll be Doing;
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Assisting with payroll preparation and absence tracking
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Supporting employee engagement and internal communication
About You;
- You must be available to start work asap.
- Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
