We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to join our well-established organisation during an exciting period of growth. This is a leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, focused on delivering HR strategy and nurturing a high-performing HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all payroll input undertaken by the HR team, ensuring procedures are regularly reviewed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Play a key role in the annual salary review process.
- Maintain a sound, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Deliver HR strategy (without being directly involved in planning).
- Support organisational growth, including involvement in acquisitions or mergers where TUPE experience will be highly advantageous.
- Monthly/occasion travel to their London offices for Committee/Board meetings.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop an established, collaborative and effective HR team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven senior HR leadership experience.
- Brings strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
- Thrives in delivering HR strategy at a senior level.
- Ideally has experience with mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE processes.
- Is confident in balancing strategic delivery with team development.
