HR Services Lead / London / Hybrid / 4-month contract Overview:A leading organisation are currently seeking a HR Services Lead to manage the people services function including all of the employee lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity to further your Senior HR Operations experience for a globally recognised company.Role & Responsibilities: - Oversee all People administration and end-to-end processes across the employee lifecycle, including coordination with payroll and third-party partners.
- Drive process ownership and continuous improvement, using strategic mapping, efficiencies, and HR system automation.
- Explore and introduce innovative solutions, including AI, to enhance productivity and improve employee experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Administrators, promoting collaboration, learning, and high performance.
- Contribute to an inclusive workplace and ensure work aligns with organisational values, governance, and mission.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Previous experience working in a senior HR operations position
- Great attention to detail
- Good knowledge of HR systems
- Budget management experience
- CIPD Level 5 +
