We are looking for a devoted, compassionate, and policy-driven HR Manager who can handle compliance, staff, and human resources requirements for this growing business.
We need an HR expert who can safely manage a work force of over 120 staff across three businesses within the group. This role will focus on HR technology platforms to ensure admin is kept up to date, dealing with staff onboarding, communicating with CQC, and managing various staff responsibilities to keep a harmonious, peaceful workplace.
You will join a wonderfully vibrant business, full of great people. This HR role is integral to the company. We need a people person, someone who is compassionate and patient with people. We also need a HR Manager who is thorough with DBS checks, references, staff forms, grievances, and all HR procedures.
This is a leadership role and will report directly to the owners of the company, with a turnover of 4-5m, so we expect this person to be responsible and autonomous.

Qualifications / Skillset
- Experience in a HR role
- Experience in the care industry is ideal!
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Qualifications in HR such as CIPD or equivalent
- DBS approved / checked preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Experience using HR platforms
- IT literate
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership, evangelistic mission and values
- Good relationship person with lovely morals

- Salary bracket £27,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
