Join ICAEW at Moorgate - Shape the Future of HR Excellence
Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? At ICAEW, based in the vibrant heart of Moorgate, we're searching for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading professional bodies, where your contribution will truly make a difference to both our people and our organisation.
As our HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our HR department. Your core purpose will be to provide first-class administrative support across a variety of HR functions, ensuring that our processes run efficiently and our people receive the very best service. Whether you're assisting with recruitment, managing employee records, or helping to deliver HR projects, you'll be central to making sure our team operates at its best.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating onboarding and induction activities, and responding to queries from staff with a helpful and positive attitude. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, ensuring that all HR processes are handled with care, confidentiality, and attention to detail. From preparing contracts and supporting payroll processes to organising training sessions and helping to drive employee engagement, every day will bring something new and rewarding.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys helping others. You'll have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a warm, approachable manner. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role would be a bonus, but above all, we're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine interest in people.
If you're passionate about building a career in HR and want to be part of a team that values your contribution, we'd love to hear from you. Join ICAEW and help us create a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. Apply today and take the first step towards an exciting future.
