We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately and support our human resources initiatives, working directly into the COO/CPO.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy.
You will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, ensuring that our HR policies and practices support business objectives and create a positive work environment.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Support performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.

Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Oversee HR administration including payroll coordination

Promote company culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Act as a strategic partner to management, contributing to organizational development.
Experience
-
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

CIPD qualification (desirable)
