Job Title: International Partner Recruiting Coordinator

The role
In your new role as International Partner Recruiting Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing incoming lateral partner candidate submission.
- Coordinating multi time zone interview scheduling.
- Overseeing candidate due diligence processes ensuring compliance with policies.
- Liaising with international offices and business services to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Coordinating with internal teams on lateral orientation and onboarding for new partners.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience of lateral or partner recruitment within a law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
- IT proficient, comfortable learning new IT systems and databases.
