HR Admin Support required for a fantastic company in Harlow to support all stages of employee life cycle from recruitment advertising, candidate supplier liaison through to the exit process and collating feedback gained during exit interviews; the primary focus of this role is to provide admin support to the HR team.
Starters
Draw up & send contracts & offers using templates
Set up on current internal database
Process data returned by prospective employee
Process DBS & credit checks
Manage benefits available to new starters
Seek references following prescribed processes, to support accreditations held
New starter calls & log responses
Monitor completion of probationary review booklets
Leavers
Process leavers from resignation responses, to refunding funds withheld for vehicle excess etc
Respond to refs for exiting or staff who have left
Facilitate exit interviews & log responses
Ad-hoc tasks
Filing
Change letters
Monitor sickness absence as directed
Note taking as required (once established in the business)
Assist with salary review process as required
Support HR Advisor & HRBP with projects
Recruitment
Assist with recruitment as required, currently in period of change.
Specifics
Based in Harlow, wholly office based due to nature of the role
Providing central HR admin support (circ. 450 employees, across 6 employing entities)
