We are currently looking for a HR Professional to join a Finance company in the City. This is a contract opportunity and is paying 50-60k depending on experience. A finance background along with Analyst and Training experience is essential.
The role
Own the end-to-end operational processes for new joiners, leavers, and people changes.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees. Coordinate exit processes, including updating systems, removing memberships and managing offboarding procedures.
Manage the HR Inbox, responding to queries and ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor upcoming probation completion dates Complete standard and regulatory reference requests
Issue letters and documentation related to contractual changes.
Conduct first-day and month 1 HR inductions
