A fast-paced, extremely successful B Corps creative agency are looking for an HR Ops and Data Analyst to join their growing HR team. With 1 -2 years HR experience under your belt, you will be a detail conscious administrator, analytically minded, an Excel pro and have a keen interest in using tech and AI to help streamline efficient work practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in this newly created role in a friendly, dynamic team working for a company where workplace culture is a top priority.
Duties will include:
- Collating data for regular HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment metrics etc
- Analyse data and support the department's use of these findings in shaping HR strategy
- Meticulously maintain the HRIS
- Assist with migration to a Workday and act as team 'expert'
- Assist with core HR Ops - onboarding, data changes, contracts etc
- Streamline processes
- Take the lead on audits and data requests for the department
- Support HR projects
