HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading, fast-growing professional services firm in London. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple business areas within a highly collaborative national People team. The firm is part of a large global network known for delivering high-quality service and has strong ambitions for continued growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver a proactive, commercial people service to stakeholders across the UK, covering the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, progression, family leave, wellbeing, performance, and exit processes.
- Work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisory Manager to contribute to wider initiatives such as employee engagement, belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and continuous improvement across the People function.
- Provide guidance and support on performance management, capability, and ER matters.
- Manage and advise on disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes.
- Support bonus and salary review cycles using market data and provide guidance to managers.
- Participate in appraisal moderation meetings and advise on feedback and objective setting.
- Conduct exit interviews for senior or complex cases.
- Advise on maternity, paternity, parental, and shared parental leave.
- Support and help lead service line initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR/People Advisor role.
- Strong experience managing capability, performance, and ER cases.
- Experience handling investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and consultations.
- Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, varied role.
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
