Your Role:
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be at the heart of HR operations, managing high-volume ER casework and ensuring best practices are upheld across the business. Acting as the go-to expert for all ER related queries, you'll provide managers with advice and guidance while working closely with the ER Manager to drive positive employee experiences.
What We're Looking For:

12-18 months of experience in an ER-focused role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of end to end ER case management

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, disciplinary & grievance procedures, absence management, and redundancy

Ability to confidently manage multiple cases at once, staying calm under pressure

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
