Reed Business Support are working in partnership with a well-established Ashford-based client to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing HR function.

HR Advisor The role:
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and best practice.
HR Advisor Key responsibilities:
• Providing first-line HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance
• Supporting managers with employment law queries and HR policies
• Managing recruitment processes, including onboarding and inductions
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Assisting with HR projects, policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting training and development activities where required
HR Advisor About you:
• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Officer role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident, approachable and commercially minded
