Key Responsibilities include:

Deliver generalist HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes

Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data reporting

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation

Support employee relations cases, including documentation and meeting coordination

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

Proven experience in a similar HR role

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is desirable
