In this role you will support with ER case management across the business. Your new roleIn this role you will support ER case management across the business. There will be c30 cases at any one time, ranging in complexity. Employee relations cases can range across sickness, absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance management. This is a 3 month contract role to support my client during a busy period. My client embrace hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
