Location: HullSalary: £28,500 – £31,500 DOEHours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Contract: Permanent
Are you an experienced and proactive HR professional with a passion for supporting people?
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join a small, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a comprehensive HR service across the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and current employment legislation.
This is a generalist role, giving you exposure to all aspects of HR, including recruitment, data reporting, and acting as the first point of contact for managers on HR-related matters. No two days are the same, making this an exciting time to join the team.
What we’re looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (Experience also considered)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
