The roleSupport the day-to-day HR function in a fast-paced environmentCollate absence data and assist with the absence management processCoordinate the leaver processProvide HR administration support, including arranging investigatory, disciplinary and grievance meetingsSupport recruitment activity when requiredMaintain accurate employee records across HR systems and filing processesManage daily HR administration tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance
