We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing organisation in Marlow. This is a varied generalist role, providing trusted HR advice and operational support to managers across the business. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities (UK and US), including candidate engagement, third-party liaison, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding processes and pre-employment checks to ensure a seamless new starter experience.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, and policy guidance.
- Assist with absence management and exit arrangements.
- Help administer company benefits plans.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Solid HR experience in a generalist capacity including employee relations management
- CIPD qualification (part or fully qualified).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working independently and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
