Our client, a leading multi-brand fashion business, is looking for an experienced People Partner to join their growing People team.
This role is a true strategic partnership position, working closely with leaders and managers to deliver both operational and strategic people support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, driving performance, and ensuring people practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders and managers to align people strategies with commercial objectives
• Lead employee relations cases, providing legally compliant, coaching-led advice
• Develop and deliver department-level people plans, talent mapping, and succession strategies
• Manage and develop a People Assistant and oversee core people processes
• Collaborate with Talent, L&D, and the wider business on hiring, development, engagement, and workforce planning
• Lead key people projects, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and people analytics

• An experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations expertise
• A trusted partner with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills
• Commercially astute, balancing business needs with a people-first approach
• Highly organised, agile, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and confident operating in a fast-paced environment
