We’re working with an established and fast-growing fashion business who are looking for a People Partner to join them, who will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders and teams across the organisation.
This position acts as a trusted advisor to managers, delivering both strategic and hands-on people support throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll help shape a positive, high-performance culture, strengthen engagement, and ensure people practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with the company’s long-term ambitions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Partnering with senior leaders and managers to translate business needs into practical people solutions
• Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters using a coaching-led approach
• Leading talent planning, succession, and development initiatives across departments
• Delivering key people projects
What We’re Looking For
• Strong generalist HR background with proven employee relations experience
• Experience ideally of working within a fashion/retail business
• Confident relationship builder, able to influence at all levels of the business
• Commercially minded with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Practical, solutions-focused, and people-centred in approach
