HR Advisor, Permanent Opportunity – Hybrid Working Model + Excellent Benefits
I am delighted to be working with my client on the Permanent Hire of an HR Advisor for their established, award-winning HR Team.
This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with talented colleagues to shape an exceptional employee experience and contribute the overall Team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide proactive, solution-focused HR advice, supporting managers and employees in a dynamic environment
- Handle Employee Relations issues including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances up to dismissal
- Coach managers on absence management and performance management conversations, promoting a culture of continuous learning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple teams to attract suitable candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Deliver engaging induction sessions for employees and managers
- Collaborate on HR or business projects to enhance employee experience and meet evolving business needs
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NI and ROI legislation
- Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information
- Develop and analyse HR reports and metrics to inform team decisions and contribute to management and Board reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Third level qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience in an advisory capacity
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of NI employment legislation
- Experience working in a fast-paced/dynamic organisation
Desirable Criteria:
- CIPD qualification or working towards it
- Knowledge of ROI employment legislation
- Experience using Workday HCM
- Full driving license and access to a car
