Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Proactively sourcing and headhunting talent.

Managing job adverts and screening applications.

Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.

Negotiating terms and closing placements.

Generating uncapped commission through performance.
