Reed HR is delighted to be partnering once again with a well-established organisation based in Blackwood to recruit a talented Learning and Development professional.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the entire training process, from designing engaging and creative training materials to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify individual or team training needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop suitable programmes.
- Develop training interventions for new products and services
- Create and deliver engaging content to staff throughout the organisation
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions both online and in person.
- Identify individual or team training needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop suitable programmes.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for employed staff
What you’ll need:
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with varied audiences.
- Experience delivering training online and in person.
- High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships.
- Confident in using digital platforms for onboarding, learning and reporting.
- Experience in designing a variety of training interventions
