Interim ER (Employee Relations) Manager - London Hybrid - RetailLeading Retail BrandYour new companyYou will join a global leading retail brand.Your new roleAs Interim ER Manager, you will manage a range of disciplinary and grievances cases as well as flexible working requests and performance management for a UK based retail population. You will also build relationships with stakeholders to provide advice and guidance as well as manage organisational change, restructures and exits.What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked as an Employee Relations Specialist for a retail or similar fast paced commercial business where you will have managed a range of complex ER casework. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of UK employment law and working in a timely manner to provide successful resolution of cases adhering to legal and company policies. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working 3 days per week in London for the duration of the contract.
