As HR Change Manager, you'll be at the heart of the People Workstream, driving meaningful change and making a real impact in a complex, unionised environment. You'll work alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership team that values innovation and partnership. We are considering candidates either umbrella or FTC.What You'll Do
- Lead the people side of organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
- Manage consultation processes, harmonisation, and TUPE activity with precision and care.
- Partner with senior leaders and engage closely with trade unions to foster trust and collaboration.
- Take a hands-on approach - from consultations and documentation to recruitment panels.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in employee relations, change management, and trade union negotiations.
- Experience managing large-scale change projects (hundreds of employees).
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
- Higher Education experience is a plus, but not essential.
